I deleted my facebook last year but I am interested in opening a new one for this group.

I am leaning toward the "Delete" feature for everything but Bigger Pockets and one other site.

One thing I do is give the tenant(s) a move-out checklist that is based on the checklist @Brandon Turner uses; since it's a Word Document I'm able to edit it and add/delete items from the list. 

Also the fact airbnb would not delete it.  

My previous post was deleted due to self promotion.

If that person is let go you delete that code and pick a new code for next cleaning person.

Deleting the bath might or might not adversely affect the property value.
