They may be quite, soft voice, ok with following and not leading, like lists and task, not as creative, not as social, and like to work behind a computer, they do not like confrontation and rejection at all… I am a high D and I : and my wife is a high S and C (usually a surgeon could be a high D, and if flashy and likes the spot light an ‘I’ but if they are more reserved, maybe a high S or C).

When a property is managed by PM any bill that can be passed on to the landlord to avoid a confrontation with the tenant seems to be the normal mode of operation.🥺( there’s probably a few property managers that don’t do what I described above, but they have never manage properties for me yet.

Foreclosure properties can be acquired through a 1031 Exchange, but you need to do your homework ahead of time so that you know exactly what you will be confronted with and exactly how you will address the issue so that the only factors that are not under your control are the timing issues.
