Maybe the margins shrink a little, but the astute flipper should still be able to make money doing what they do.One another note....if there were some big economic collapse like we saw a decade ago....that is not something to fear.

If the roof is collapsing and the house is filled with mold then no.

In the same way that only investing in stocks would put you at risk for a stock market collapse.  

Most of the banks fear I would walk away from these properties if the market collapsed again but the truth is that I am buying them for cash flow and the rental market is stronger in a down turn.

With Brazil's currency and economy collapsing, it'd seem plausible that we could see fewer Brazilian buyers in the US.
