Mostly cosmetic items in my opinion (new flooring, painting cabinetry, fresh paint, electrical and plumbing fixtures) etc and one bathroom is having a completely new tub, shower body (+ finishes) cement board walls, waterproofing and tile work.

Keep in mind this was not just tub, we also had the full tile, which went up to the ceiling, and wrapped around 3/4 of the bathroom, so our cost was approx $900 per bathroom, or $1800 total.

We had it re-tiled with subway backsplash and we painted the cabinets white, the sink is white and large with a garbage disposal, the island was also painted and all the appliances are high-end stainless steel.
