I'd then have a waterfall distribution with a 7-10% preferred return pari passu, then maybe one more hurdle at 15%.

Some are putting it on hold until this corona calms down.

I'm not seeing how that would be any different than water falling directly from the sky.Also, he never seemed to notice this during his inspections.

I called and sent emails trying to calm him down however he was using profanity and acting crazy.

By the way just to update on my posting situation...Whoever had their panties in a jumble over there seems to have calmed down as I haven't had anything flagged over the last like 4 days, and I have not posted any different ads or in any different frequency.The only thing I did at first was instead of doing like 4 over the 4 different places is I posted one and posted the next after I saw the first one "took".
