With gas you are limited to the gas regulator and burner it self, on cold nights a lot of gas fire pits can not keep up with demand.  

The ceiling in the garage started sagging and they were afraid it would fall on their car, so I immediately replaced the entire double car garage ceiling.The knob on the oven popped off and the whole top of the stove shifted somehow and it wouldn't go back on in order to turn off the burner.

I too wanted to start investing in RE at 18, but joined the military at put RE on the back burner.

get them in the door, get them comfortable, and then cut the burner up....

I use an app called burner for a temporary number as I am usually running two or three of these for various properties and towns I am not familiar.  

This has not been the barn burner topic I thought it would be.  

Im keeping that on the back burner just in case.

In my area, towns will bust you for it so people do a generic sign with burner numbers.

I've been using the Burner app on my phone to track my mailings.

I am being told by the bank to get it done before next inspection.. not to mention full time handy man and new carpet.. finding out the some people have had stoves that only had 1 burner that worked etc.. it is a bad situation..
