Keep the abundance mindset and dive in.Another option is to find an investor your admire in your market, and offer some sort of value-add to their business and/or life.

As much as I admire your gusto, only if you can add more sq ft I doubt the city would allow you to legally convert that space. 

The key is to know what your criteria is, and not adjust your criteria to purchase a property just because you have the money to do so.5) Find a mentor - you're in a better position than 95% of the investors on here when they started, but you still have a lot left to learn, so try to find something that you admire within the real estate investing and try to learn from their mistakes to avoid you making your own.

On the one side, I see that KW will provide me with more coaching/training/support, but I also really admire the BHHS brand which seems to go a long way with clients/prospects.

In my practice as a mortgage broker (BC & Ontario), I admire younger clients who boldly take that first step towards their real estate goals.

That is an admirable trait but for it to work for both parties you need to be serious it is what you want. 

I admire you for what you are doing for these women.
