Hi guys my name is Matheus Maia I am 19 and live in Miami completely new to real estate investing and wanted to get some advice on what type of investing should I start if I have little to no money. I was looking at fix and flips, wholesaling, rentals etc. What do you think is the best to invest my time in learning as a beginner and later on expand to!
