I think this thread is going off the rails a little when I see people accusing him of not addressing it in a timely manner or prioritizing the issue with the water. 

In one, the apartment complex burnt down, arson investigators accused the property owner, and hence insurance refused to pay us.

Whenever I'm buying a property from a seller directly (or selling directly to a buyer -- which is less frequent) I ALWAYS disclose I'm an agent just so I can't ever be accused of taking the 'oh so great knowledge' that agents have over 'common people' (eye rolling hard that anyone thinks this is the case - but I disclose anyway as a lame CYA knee bend to the system).   

Based on what you're accusing me of doing, maybe you should look in the mirror.

., nobody has answered those two questions, those questions are not phrased in a way that I am trying to Illegally hide money , That was an accusation that the people replying to my post placed on me. 

My handyman notified me of a news article that identifies one of my tenants as being accused of raping a 13 year old girl.

Unfortunately, Airbnb does not seem to do it's due diligence and even just an accusation by a single guest can lead to account shutdownsI have had no issues in all of my homes with no security cameras.
