Examples I've done on mine between tenants: carpet cleanings, repaint porch, replace window blinds, deep clean all surfaces and appliances, lawn care, touch up paint walls/doors/trim etc.

The house is in great condition nearly Turn-Key other than the top floor needing the bathroom to be redone along with miscellaneous cosmetic touch-ups because the owner decided to renovate it himself.( Professionally estimated 3,100$ repair for just the bathroom) I'm very handy so I'll be doing most of the stuff myself.

@Mario Cuartas some suggestions would be to add tile or low cost durable flooring, if you have hanging lights, replace with dome lights, replace unnecessary ceiling fans with dome lights, do not provide unnecessary appliances (let tenants bring them), supply a full year of air filters if you have central HVAC, if you have window units even better, have a standard paint color you use for all the rentals so touch up is easy, etc.

We will be able to have the available unit furnished, with a fresh coat of paint and other touch-ups, but the kitchen, bathroom, and deck would still be outdated.
