@Craig Koehne do yourself a favor and check out Listsource.com  as Kenneth mentioned or even yellowletters.com they both allow you to do exactly what you are looking to do. dont pay someone to to this for you because most likely these are the sites where they will get the "list" and just forward it to you. 

Learn it first though as there are a lot of laws you need to to know about..good luck

Hey all, Just wanted to ask a quick question that I had while listening to to most recent BP episode!

Because I am new and new to investing in general who would you all suggest I talk to to figure out if I am financially set to start investing in real estate?

As An exercise I tried to to some due diligence and Title research on Property Radar From where I live in Denver.

I see a lot of seniors use what little assets they have to to upgrade or use the money to help family members or payoff debt.  

In which case they might ask to to see it to verify the value is under purchase price.I've never ordered an appraisal before purchasing any property, and I would never spend money on a property I didn't have in contract.
