I know I want to invest into SFH so at least this part of the puzzle was clear.

I have a couple listings closed as a solo agent so I am gaining experience and have had success with that piece of the puzzle. 

This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

I’ve been doing loans for 20 years now and I was just puzzled and wanted to help you lol. now that I see you’re in TN, I’ve been thinking about buying a stvr in Gatlinburg.

Breakneck pace, yes, but what puzzles me is what happens afterward (at least in the markets I'm watching).

Good property management and a process to execute rehabs are the two pieces of the puzzle to solve.   

Does anyone have good examples, blog posts or people I should talk to about how to best put all of these puzzle pieces together?  

@Eloy Garcia I would begin by talking to a lender you trust to figure out that piece of the puzzle (rate, points, LTV, etc.)

@Stuart Penman there's a piece to the puzzle here that you don't have completed yet - what % of the ARV can you REFINANCE with a cash out loan?
