Hi Vince  Totally agree finding good deals def needs a lot of networking.

I currently work with investors who are looking to invest SFH/LTR that are turn-key ready and manage for them on the back end, so I see a lot of benefits in that market across the board. 

Learning a lot every day and certainly worth every cent.

@Damini Dutta I would definitely put some time and effort into finding out more about this company. 

Unfortunately as I’m not an agent I didn’t read these books and can’t remember their titles.

This allows us to close extremely quickly, which is an important competitive advantage.I don’t know how to read our own tax returns, and I’m certainly not going to read yours.

There are also a lot of hidden surveys that must be completed to get an idea what you are buying (under the water).
