Next you will need a store , to sell supplies and to take reservations , swimming pool , bounce pillow , wagon for hay rides , tractors , skid steers for maintenance , bath houses , laundry mat , shuffle board , pavilions for entertainment .

But that took me almost 4 years of boot strapping it.. it was a little bit of a bummer we had the market we knew what it was doing and we had to pass on deals becasue of lack of capital.  

Maybe it’s because people are strapped for cash from spending so much during the holidays.

We are not strapped for cash at the moment, so we are just trying to maximize the potential for this space. 

My sister and brother in law have a four plex down at bragaw and 6th area which is definitely a rougher part of town but they personally haven't had an issues there.When you get the inspection done make sure that the hot water tanks are strapped tight to the wall.

If you can pull out that much and it won’t strap you, that’s amazing!
