I own a Commercial/Industrial building, Sell or Rent?
Hello, I'm new to the forum.
I have a 5000 Sq/ft Commercial Building, with Large private concrete paved and concrete walled yard (about 30,000 SQ ft of yard space). It is fully paid off, no debts. Only expenses are Taxes and Association Fees. It has greatly appreciated in the last 5 years. We are estimating its value at $1 Million based on recent sales activity in the area (we paid considerably less)
We occupy the building now with our business, but are planning on moving out of state for business reasons. I'm looking for advice on what would a good decision be for the building. We are not strapped for cash at the moment, so we are just trying to maximize the potential for this space. Should we Rent or Sell. Maybe pull out some equity now and reinvest elsewhere? Or any other suggestions....
