Recently I graduated with my Master's in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.

through text massage, she replied no, and said that I was crazy and started to insult me with all the "f" word.

The couple who moved into my apartment were into yoga, massage and raw foods.

I consider them half laughter therapy and the other half a great education.

These services get their data from the MLS as well but it is not well organized and will require you to do some massaging to get the proper numbers.  

I have found that appraisers kind of have no idea how to get good comps for 2-4 unit properties so they just use the 1% rule and massage their adjustments to make the numbers work.
