I watched the governor's press conference this morning and that's not what I got from what he said. 

There will be buying opportunities in pockets but I believe that lessons learned from the past have strengthened our systems and we shouldn't see 2008 again unless our leadership (Congress & the Executive Branch) screw things up more than they already have.

I told my boss I would not be returning, I began taking online Real Estate classes, and just booked my flight/AirBnB for the BiggerPockets Conference.

The news outlets are reporting two different things from the press conference - tax season was extended, and time of payment was extended.

I said "Call every client that booked a meeting and tell them their conference isn't canceled.

All I know is what he said in his press conference today and I have not been able to find anything online.

So it is not like we know anyone yet to even do old skool phone conference
