I've shown rentals (not my own, thank goodness) where tenants left toilets full, sinks loaded with dirty dishes, dirty underwear out, etc., because they were mad at having to show the home, so if they really don't want it shown, it is unlikely that it will show well, anyway.

It's a low-income neighborhood so tenants tend to gravitate towards Dish TV for their choice of TV service.
