In my mind this is pure insanity from all sides.

They are stunning places, and with so much money around ( especially from Other countries w/ how popular CA is )  I guess there's enough ppl willing to pay outrageous prices to deal with insane policies and other madness,  for the incredible weather/ views.

So in short, yes, investors are still buying properties in San Diego, but not all, it depends on what they are looking for.

I had the opportunity to speak on non-profit housing affiliates as a conduit for PHA activities in San Antonio years back.

I've been residing in San Diego for 15 years and am currently exploring options to house hack.

I’ve faced similar hurdles, being based in San Diego, where the market isn’t ideal for Buy and Hold Deals.
