The returns on the 33 such SFRs I have are sufficient to pay investors, in the short and long term.In my mind, learning how to buy an asset with 100% finance that grows your net worth faster than the finance eats it is and at the same time absorbs little of your time is the holy grail of investing.

A strong acquisitions business is the holy grail, and it cascades into every other type of investing.

I also understand that clean bedding is the holy grail of providing a pleasant and hygienic experience to my guests.

holy cow.... based on their offering to me, it is  22% all-in, and I don't even accept it.

Or you can also purchase a property that is beat to holy hell, hire a GC then hire an agent to show the property to tenants when the GC finishes the reno.You can also find options in between.

Or you can find the holy grail of short term rentals which is a longer term renter covering the winter months.
