Hey guys , what is your preferred method to find off market leads ?

Would love to learn how you guys are automating some of your tasks.

I really wish I could meet someone that could mentor me through this and help me learn the ropes without having to take all these big risks alone, but for now I'd settle for any advice you guys have that could help me out.
