I also finally got around to disconnecting and capping the supply lines to the second floor so both bathrooms are out!

The job was to disconnect the plumbing in order for the countertops to be installed.  

I only found out about the tens of thousands of back upaid invoices a week before the transition.2) They did not pay utility bills and we were close to getting the utilities disconnected.3) They had section 8 tenants that had failed inspection and they did nothing about it and furthermore let them live in 2 units.4) Rented about to bad nuisance tenants and did nothing about it.5) The list goes on....Is there anything i can do legally to go after them for lack of performance? 

Including disconnecting all utilities, setting on the new pad and hooking up new water, sewer and electrical.

I had to do a bunch of work to get the HOA bilaws on my end, the manager of the HOA has a phone that has been disconnected, turned out the treasurer was running things for the most part and she provided bi laws after the discovery window (though these were requested within the window).

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

I would think that $10,000 should about get a whole house wired including the load center and meter socket/disconnect.

Disconnect the faucet supply tube and test for flow with a bucket, see if scale and sedimentation arecl present.

Iv found the vacant property of my dreams with great bones and structure , the owners own the title free and clear only problem I'm having now is where are these owners 🤔 iv been calling around in search mode getting hung up on, calling wrong numbers, calling disconnected landlines and pronouncing people's names wrong , yea it's tough but I really want this property this may be early stages of attachment but oh well 😁 So my Question is : Is there a more accurate absentee owner website or app you guys recommend for finding addresses, emails & phone numbers ??
