Colorado landlords will no longer have free rein to refuse to renew their tenants’ leases under a measure passed last month by the state legislature and signed by the governor.

My judgement is that I thought you couldn't do 1031 on personal residences but I'm not sure how you're classifying the co-op you've bought (most people that buy co-ops use it as primary residence).

There is a county in Colorado that has a rule for non conforming parks. it says in a non conforming park if a home is pulled out a home no larger than the one pulled out can be put in, and it also states if the lot is vacant for longer than 90 days you can not put a home back on the lot. 

Any ideas for getting a loan funded, finding another co-borrower/how that would work for a deal split, etc. 

They seem to be quite negative with not much intended value add.The questions that I asked were thoughtful and were more about the composition of service offerings from folks who offer those services to property owners than just about the percentage charged for management.The title of the thread is co-hosting and management of STR’s.I would have expected to get more feedback about the questions that I asked from people that property manage or co-host.There are many people who have experienced down years due to poor management (listings, channels, revenue management) which means there is plenty of room for improvement and an opportunity to earn more for these clients even with the management fee ranges mentioned.

As a beginner, you can learn a lot from your uncle with a few rentals in another state or a co-worker who's on their second house hack.

Consider partnering with your parents to co-sign a mortgage or exploring creative financing options like FHA loans or private money lenders.
