I have worked freelance in the film industry in the Charlotte area for the past six years, however changes to NC film incentives have diminished that type of work here greatly.

@Michelle BulichBuy it, have the guys from ghost adventures film an episode, it's a real TV show(stupid, but a real show) and the market the sh$t out of the house as a haunted bed and breakfast, there is a market for that kind of thing.

I would make sure to keep a record of all the work done both with receipts and with film.

I don't know if you've ever seen those old "caught on camera" shows but there was this one guy who use to secretly film "hobos" and one in particular that i remember is a guy who had a "jumpsuit" of hobo gear.

Yeah, and with all that great film and TV work you've done, we'll forgive you for those 5 episodes of "Mind of Mencia"... :-)

That is a bunch.I know for commercial real estate with NAR they used to do conventions but for years we have done virtual ones.You sign on and can go to different speakers on subjects and then click on vendors (of your choice and when you want to) and then there is a virtual conference room.It engages a bunch of people who could not make the conference because of timing or cost constraints.Will you be filming this event and the speakers??
