We don't control the actions of other realtors or property managers in Toledo and unfortunately the market is known for sub par professionals.Our company has stood the test of time and we stand behind our operation.So yet again we are coming to the rescue when all/everyone else fails...I agree with Chok.DON'T BUY A HOUSE FROM OHIO CASHFLOW IF:1) You expect life changing cashflow from owning only a few properties.2) You aren't willing to do due diligence on our company, market, properties and turnkey investing.3) You expect perfection and properties fully rehabbed from top to bottom.4) You aren't willing to own 100 year old properties.5) You expect large capital gains immediately.Regarding our integrity being questioned. 1) Our property offering process is systemized to submitting 50-70% off the asking price of any new MLS listing.

Make sure to follow their inspection list, the inspector checked everything on that list, testing every single plug in my property, turn on every appliance, hot water.. very thorough.

Man's got a tough job. not only that the MLo and federal NMLS test are quite a bit tougher than the RE agent/broker tests If one has never been in the lending industry.. its not as simple as 22 hours and go pass the test.

Usually you can do the classes and pass the test before signing with a brokerage and your license will just be inactive until you sign with a brokerage.
