I just got my first flip in the middle of January and am still rehabbing Do I need to file a quarterly tax if I haven't sold yet?

So far, I haven't had any issues renting my unit.

Using a recent example from one of my deals, I saw firsthand how inaccurate comps, misclassifications, and unfair adjustments could impact an appraisal by tens of thousands of dollars.I’d love to hear from other investors—have you ever had to dispute an appraisal?

Currently started renting it for 2300$ per month , need your suggestion things I can do to fix my below situation. 

My issue issue is they state you don’t need a license to do this.

That is cheap to install 2 units in my opinion. 

Now, I’m rebuilding my portfolio while continuing to help others buy and sell homes.

This deal aligns with my strategy of adding value and achieving robust returns.

My designer just did a similar size refresh for $1500 fee and $2500 in materials.
