and your audience knows this so that is far more believable than some woman huge small ECSTATIC about how AuhhMuyyZing you were at buying their house.. ohh puhleeze).Social media is fake!

Currently, I am working with a woman who got talked into making an owner finance note, The "investor" wrote the note at zero down payment and zero % interest!!!

We purchased through an older woman who was renting it out for about 30% less than market value on month-to-month leases.

I’m not saying don’t start or take chances, I’m saying numbers from a guy in Miami don’t mean much to a guy in Alaska or a woman in Hawaii.

I have not been to any of their meetings or anything at Lifestyles but I did meet a woman at an event of Phil Groves and she had told me about lifestyles , she had signed up for their program but she wasn't very happy with them  for some reason, I think she spent all of her money on the program and then didn't have enough money to work it - which is exactly what I don't want to do.  

@Jennifer Beadles it's nice to know that there's another woman out there who gets in trouble for buying houses without discussing with the husband instead of cars or other depreciating assets!  

In the case of undocumented immigrants I rely heavily on job checks and previous residence checks - both for the man and the woman (if the woman is working).

@Joshua Biondi  I was looking for a handyman a few months ago.................the woman who cleans apartments for me volunteered to paint and caulk a bathroom.
