i would assume being it’s Jamaica, that the tenant landlord laws are akin to the wild west where anything goes with loose scrutiny especially for a wealthy business owner .

First post to BP and so far everyone has such good insight - I thought I would share my wild experience in Las Vegas.Be weary, there are a lot of slumlords who have milked properties dry, and now want top dollar (these are the 4plexs you see on market for more than 3-4 weeks) The PMs here let these buildings run to **** because a lot of time the owners are out of state/country.

I am certainly not endorsing this as something I would personally necessarily support, it's just the way stuff like this has panned out in the past... we have a Supreme Court that for over two centuries has acted wildly beyond their explicit constitutional mandate [sometimes in really beneficial ways], we have a Fed, etc.
