We were there over the Labor Day weekend and are coming down again on the 22nd for their bus tour.  

This coming weekend I am flying to Phoenix to visit some family and I thought I would take a look around and see if I had any interest in investing in the area.

However some of that could be tied to other trends during that time.BTW east coast is expected to have full power by the weekend according to FPL. 

I know I looked at a package of properties to purchase over the weekend and the landlord we met with insisted that he ran a tight ship and said all his tenants were current.

The speaker Doug Clark showed pictures throughout the weekend about his cars, the houses, the money, the trips, more cars, but also kept selling CONSTANTLY his "Diamond Program" that apparently is based in Utah.

I coach on the weekends and afternoons of the week.I'm just confused on how to get started and what to focus on as a first step.If you were in my situation, what would you do?
