All of these have set their sites on Clark-Fulton as an area in need of social and economic uplift and some have dedicated funding to support these efforts.

I found a LOT of success with a site called Furnished Finder as well. 

For example, if your place rents for $3500 (and lets assume 6% vacancy) Nomad charges 4% with a flat $1250 listing fee to take professional pictures and list it on 20 different sites for you that would cost $2697.60 for the year. 

According to the IRS guidelines, mobile homes set on concrete blocks and that are always capable of being moved from their sites on their own wheels are considered personal property (5 year).
