With that low basis cost seg doesn't make sense since you'd probably see around $1K-$3K in tax benefits if they're in a higher tax bracket and the study would probably cost around $2K so it's basically a wash and probably would lose money.

I had a guy power washing the front of my house and sidewalk while there was someone in the house cleaning.
