I am also a marketing professional but only internet marketing.

My uncle is older and doesn't even use the internet so when I got him to tell me the offer prices he was getting, a quick Zillow search showed he was about to get taken advantage of.  

It took time to build this team but after many calls, many poor responses, many non call backs, many "we can't help you", I was able to find people that wanted to be a team and work with me.I have purchased $1000's in US real estate material, searched the internet for private money, invest time to increase my knowledge in US real estate, been on many webinars (still do) and continue to read and listen to real estate and motivational CDs.  

That would be, hydro, internet, water, etc. all included in the rent.

You can get the numbers from different services on the internet.  

@Joel OwensYes i talked to all the commercial brokers within 10 miles that i could pull up in the phone directories and internet from me.

Since Ohio Cashflow (OCF) was working in a less expensive market, I decided to do more research on them (them meaning Engelo Rumora) to see if there were any negative reviews / comments.Now Engelo REALLY puts himself out there and is all over the internet; I figured if there were ANY negatives somebody would have said something.

I can appreciate the fact that my experience/knowledge doesn't shine through on some internet forum, so I don't take offense to your comments.

However, elsewhere on the internet, I had read that you could not rent your property completely, even if you lived more than 12 months.

You will want to dig much deeper than internet forums or even the sales reps at most self-directed firms to ensure you have a strategy that will produce results without unnecessary regulatory risk or too much administrative overhead.
