I can guarantee you that the quilt shop is going to go out of business while the liquor store down the street thrives.

True, its quite the opposite of its name yet as a REI seeking residual income properties, getting a property within a half mile of a thriving big city university isn't a bad idea.

As much as we would enjoy that environment, it is not 'go' for me professionally.My profession thrives in areas where population is high and the government takes everything it can.That being said, we are erring on the 'no go' side.

Update;  there is a gentlemen name Lee Arnold who is currently running what appears to be a thriving funding company name COGO Capital.

That's why I don't like the guru stuff much - because they thrive and profit off that fear.

If foreclosure rate is an indication of how a state’s economy is thriving, then Ohio is a good example.

If job growth outpace decline the technology industry thrive.

Flash forward a couple years and we now have a real estate portfolio together, and we are 50/50 partners in a thriving business.
