Other people are terrified of that particular issue (usually hostile tenants or structural issues) but those are what I'm best at.My point is that every time I put my focus somewhere else, I spent a lot of time and effort and didn't get as far as I could have if I just focused on what I know.

I know this largely depends on the person but I’m pretty terrified to take the leap.

Hello everyone, so I’m pretty new to the whole real estate world, just been listening and researching into it in the last month and plan to keep going, but I’ve been interested in it for awhile but haven’t had the courage to do anything about it, thats changed, while I’m still scared, terrified even, My goals and aspirations have surpassed my fears, as well as my hate for boss drama. 

In fact, its quite terrifying.

To be honest I am also terrified of the group at the same time.

My biggest unknown is the MONEY part, and to be honest it is daunting and terrifying, but I am GOING to move forward regardless.

She did say that she was asked to leave once her landlord found out, so she discovered the consequences of her actions, but you're right, she said she was terrified of her landlord finding out, so it isn't like she was totally innocent.Still, there are a lot of things to take away from this episode.

Despite the stuff I do for a living, the idea of screwing up my rentals is terrifying, and the distance between me and the job only makes it worse.
