Everyone should have a coach or a mentor for every aspect in life.

Knowing your reasons can help tailor advice or agent recommendations. 

Some lenders may have specific programs or products tailored to foreign investors.

Once they meet your criteria and are ready for the lease it's important to tailor the lease to a co-living space that establishes the rules and responsibilities for shared spaces.

This is a slower way to grow your capital but you can learn about how syndications work and decide what aspects of the business appeal to yup strengths and resources.

There are companies out there that manage the whole process for you, which I am considering, though until now, I have really wanted the understand all aspects of the vacation rental myself.

I am not against paying for coaching but I believe it is most likely to pay dividends if 1) you know exactly what aspect of RE you desire to pursue and can find a mentor that is a very good fit for the RE you want to pursue.  2) you are very motivated.
