That lawsuit would cost more than the building, if you lose, and if you win you will still be out a lot of money; and way more stress than the batteries.

May as well just put your money into HYSA at 5% without the stress and hassle.

It has been almost 4 months since I purchased the property and it has done nothing, but stress me out to the point where I am considering selling and starting over.

This will take alot of stress off your plate when something pops up.
