Imagine coming back to no clubs, no pools, no shows, no buffets, one restaurant open per casino with masking wearing by everyone, no room service, MGM put out a survey to its Mlife members saying it was going to "grab and go" instead of room service, no valet parking, no rides or attractions, temperature taking to get in the front door, no Bellagio fountains because of distancing concerns, and on and on.

Are you loan fees included in that amount...or perhaps 3rd party things like survey, environmental, etc....As for an inspector, you might see about finding a SS builder to do the inspection.
