Walter White - did have a system that worked for awhile - but not real estate--I love the term meth strategies ---- I have taken many of those courses when I was younger,74 now, and you are right - some of these seminar leaders don't know much - they do know the buzz words that is the bait that attracts those looking for some cash flow.I took so many program that I decided to give some of my own - but with lots of substance - real stuff - street wise systems - I was determined to put together a program that works - what I discovered is ---- if you really want to learn this business - try to teach it.So---------FAST FORWARD ------ I am still investing and helping others (partnering), developed a reasonable portfolio with my wife of 46 years and have a great cash flow that is working well for us - we are now developing commercial real estate - having fun and living the good life with a wonderful family, a family that gravitated to this business as well. 

That's really the key in identifying and choosing the right mentor not just someone who made it happen 1 time back in 2005 but now all they do is sell books and .mp3s all day on the one time they themselves (not their students) actually did anything of substance.

At the risk of sounding like a grumpy old guy, my pet peeve is all the newbie posts who just say Hi and don't really ask anything of substance.  

Also for me, there has to be some substance to the meeting to make it worth my time and energy. 

I know nothing about Alexis, but am interested in hearing something of substance instead of the rah rah nonsense that is meaningless.

I read a lot of forums on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your forum.

The lack of any substance or value in your post, outside of generic comments of approval, leads me to believe that this is not in fact, a genuine review of HRRE (not to say that Jack or Jeff aren't astute businessmen). 

You haven't offered any details about what it means to do your first "deal" so, you probably won't get anything of substance in a response from anyone.

However, any agent with substance will walk the offer in prior the minimum period ending and have it waiting to be submitted.
