We used to have flu only two years ago, but they injected the economy with cancer and heart attack and stroke so economy and company can't move , when people can't move the Fed think one would not spend money LOLSeems like much bigger financial institution gonna collapse soon but truly there's almost no point for company to continue operation.

The way I see it if someone can't stroke a check for $50,000 they are neither successful enough to sustain a loss or sophisticated enough to underwrite the risks.

Anyone who paints a broad stroke against Newark either has no real experience living there, or is lying for the sake of getting a laugh.Springfield and Irvine Turner hasnt been dangerous in at least 10 years (since Sharpe tore the projects down).

Just remember that there are "different strokes for different folks" as we all play this game of Real Estate Investing!

Hello all, and thank you for taking the time to read my first post.Concise backstory: there are 4 apartments to 1 building in this complex.Resident in apartment #1 has recently had a stroke.
