For example here Inglewood is an example of that with the stadium being built, you know that there will be more big developments in the future to compliment it.

From Cincinnati myself, and the areas around me are crazy getting built up- add the Bid we just won for a new MLS stadium to be built/completed by 2021 and things are getting pretty hot here.

I think you nailed it with the development aspects that are unique to the neighborhood, and the Warriors stadium I personally feel will raise the value of the neighborhood quite a bit.

Pros - These houses are close to Uptown Charlotte (1.5 miles from the bank of america stadium).

The location is perfect, as it is close to AT&T stadium, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor (water park), and minutes from the airport.  

I like Arlington the best for investment because there is a college, Jr. college, and tons of people moving into the area, plus two stadiums, six flags, and other entertainment (possible VRBO weekend rentals??)

With the additions of the Orlando Magic Entertainment Complex, the proposed "Creative Village" (13,000 UCF & Valencia student campus) and the self-funded Orlando City Soccer stadium there is a ton of potential there.
