Labor costs for skilled labor vary across the country as well as with the age of properties so I think you would want very local data to use. 

I know my husband has zero interest in doing any hands on renovations on a flip property or a rental (though he acquired a lot of skills from our SFH we owned) , he only wants me looking at properties that I can afford to pay a contractor to renovate.
