They also do smaller multi's.We recently bought 4 acres & are tossing around the idea of down sizing into a modular ranch.

I got an inquiry from a family with a mid-size dog.

Varies depending on the size of the rehab, how long it will take, etc, but those are my main rules of thumb.

I have a nice sized house (3k sf) in a nice community close to everything, on a lake, fenced in yard with nice pool & screen house, all 5-star reviews, but both last summer and this summer have been about 50% occupancy.

A smaller house on the same block sold as a STR this year for $640k, is smaller sf, half the size pool and smaller yard.Trying to put a number to this property, thoughts?

Since I’m not sure about the size and other major factors, take this advice with a grain of salt.Good luck with your decision! 

.- While MTRs can be any size property, the bedroom/bathroom count is really important, especially with larger properties.
