Do that yourself - do not delegate it or just rely on what the agent(s) say, as they have a vested interest in allowing you to continue to believe it's a legal 4-unit regardless of whether that's truly the case.In general, if it is 4 legal units, I guess I'd just be concerned about buying something with such high leverage.
