Sounds funky but I text a robot every day to remind me at specific times what task I should be working on.

I had many clients in my day that  I brokered loans to that built up monster cash flow by simply reinvesting all their note income into new notes..

I seem to think in the back of my mind if your guaranteeing performance etc there is another level of security docs you must do and probably also have monster reserves to allow for this. 

This isn't new at all. the owners in those super expensive cities are sitting on an appreciation monster so they aren't exactly losing.

Also look at what used to be our Chinatown; the new hockey arena gifted to the Ilitches is going to be an ugly, deadening monster but when the parking lots become unnecessary, infill there could have economic attraction for others.If you do come to Detroit, stay long enough to walk the area you're interested in, be prepared for a gut rehab, and rehab for weather volatility and hot/cold climate extremes.

We're going to have driverless trucks transporting materials,  autonomous quadcopter drone fleets and other robots assembling, maintaining, recycling standardized multifamily. 3/4 of existing housing in this country is going to go to the bulldozers in 100 years because the skills to maintain it will simply be gone.

Probaly cut my time by 80%.After its done with these I could send it to my active listings, and do a quick walk through there, make sure nothing is out of order...if you could create software  program for drone/robot  to do basic cleaning tasks that would be helpful and I would pay a premium.As im thinking about this....there are more uses, I recently reduced my time looking at houses by about 80%, by training someone to do the walk thrus, run an analysis sheet, and taking a few crucial pictures and put them on dropbox.
