When you are investor friendly it means you understand the metrics of the buyers property search.I have seen so many agents get comfortable and simply add their new buyers to the "Hot Sheet" and they blast the buyers with properties that do not even fit the buyers cash flow needs or budget.

I even have a friend who received an unfounded complaint from a neighbor (the neighbor was just against STRs, no events/parties that occurred), and now their property is temporarily banned/under review, regardless of them abiding by all rules.

You shouldn't focus on the metrics first, you should make a list of places you are interested in going to or living and then see where there is crossover with that list.
