We have a PM and communicate wiht them. when we did not have one long ago we did not have any app or anything. we had them pay online or mail a check and put $ in quickbooks and if there was an issue they would call or email us.

Just curious who you used for your email drip campaign?

After a few emails with Taz, at 10:24 am, we locked down the deal with $3,000 in concessions (property management fees) and some other details that helped us both move forward on the deal.

Should i also email them or text to show the court or is pictures of notice posted on the garage sufficient?
