Hi @David Lyons, I work with house hackers all the time and that is the textbook procedure on how to do it.  

You'll have to circumvent typical RE procedures here, like advertising on FSBO, Etc....

I bought it when I first started out, and it gave me a great framework of forms, procedures, etc to make it feel like I was running a business and not running around like a chicken with my head cut off (you still will, but you'll look better doing it!).

Hopefully your lease dictates cleaning procedures upon move out as well as showing procedures for the landlord.

When it ends it's the normal eviction procedures.
