@Jordan Moorhead Just to stir the pot a bit, I prefer to go portfolio/commercial because it is more about the relationship and is not a standardized loan product (depending on conventional financing standards, etc).

Unfortunately while I was there, My supervisor's car was stolen in broad daylight, a naked lady on drugs ran through the property and jumped into the pool to cool off and  homeless people often used the entryway potted plants to relieve themselves.As you may have guessed, I decided against buying the house a few blocks away.This multi unit property was toted as a luxury building.

My biggest takeaway is to have a plan for meals until the kitchen is complete - not that difficult, slow cooker, air fryer, instant pot makes it easy.

depends on how they do the appraisal. for HELOC most appraisals are "bench top" meaning, it's a digital value assessment through comps and MAYBE someone will drive by the place.

I have been reading for about 2 month already articles and forums on BP and a lot of people says that the market is on the peak of the cycle.Since capitalist economy is cyclical and there is a recession every 8 to 10 years and last recession was on 2008, we already past this bench mark.
