I did this when I had kids.also when I was raising my family I ONLY had major medical.. not sure if that exists today.. so doctors and prescriptions were not paid for.. but if you had a major medical were hospitalization was needed or accident or something that was covered.

You would want people to work & delay med school for 4-5+ years off to save enough to pay for med school, and lose 4-5 years of increased pay of a physician... like I said do you understand opportunity cost?

On a side note, Reading PA should be developing a casino in the near future and the legalization of medical marijuana will be in full effect by July 2018 (according to my physician).

Easement by prescription again, consideration given, get with your attorney, I'd write a letter demanding the money back or to pay half (or more) of my line to abandon my easement.

I'd rather get a well qualified tenant in the house with a dog that I can do a background check on than have a tenant move in and then produce a physician's letter and a dog that I didn't have the chance to screen.
