Some ideas I have been teasing around are building a rental storage facility, leasing the land for a solar farm (although the lot may be too small for that), building a multifamily complex, or simply using the land for advertising.

I would think you will need about 30% Downpayment for that type of property, is not my area of expertise.we do have a horse farm as well though, dressage not racing.

Oh, one other thing worth mentioning -- if you have a large farm area that you're looking at, considering separating the housing supply data between areas with good schools and areas with bad schools.You'll find big disparities there, and in some places, it's profitable to flip in small pockets of good schools, even if it's not profitable to flip in the larger geographic area.

( if it was not obvious the line had been replaced in the recent past or was not PVC.).Its one thing I see many turn key buyers miss in their home inspections is a sewer scope.. out in our market every realtor first thing they do is recommend a sewer scope I even have them do them on my new construction homes..
